This personalized experience begins with an extensive medical history questionnaire and conference call to review the questionnaire prior to your visit at the center. Upon arrival, our highly trained staff will ensure that your visit here is unlike any visit you’ve experienced before at a physician's office. Dr. Basaldua will perform an extensive evaluation, listening to your every concern. Several diagnostic labs and procedures will be performed to ensure the best possible results from your treatment plan. You will be educated on all hormones prescribed and your course of treatment will be explained to you in detail.
 

Ongoing Personal Support
Personalized support is always available to you, via telephone or e-mail. In the initial stages, each patient is monitored carefully through regular follow-up phone calls to ensure we get symptom resolution at the lowest possible dosage. Once balance is achieved, follow up visits are usually every six months. Every person is unique and treatment is individualized for your specific needs.
