Monday through Friday     8:00 am - 12:00 pm  &  1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Payment Policy: Because our office provides services that are considered out of network by insurance companies, our office operates on a fee for service policy.  We will provide all patients with an itemized reciept of the services performed in our office.  Our patients are then encouraged to submit these expenses to their insurance company for possible reimbursement. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover card as payment sources.  Please ask us questions, if you are unclear about our payment policy.
